The Platform provides an AI-driven analytical tool designed to streamline commercial real estate due diligence for assets typically under 100 units and listing price under $10m.

• Scope: The Service includes the processing of User-uploaded documents (e.g., Rent Rolls, T12s) to generate structured summary reports and financial metrics.
• Nature of Service: You acknowledge that the analysis is performed by Large Language Models (LLMs). The Service is a productivity tool, not a professional consulting service.

Pricing: Access to the Service may be subject to fees as displayed on our pricing page.

Payment: All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (e.g., Stripe).

No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the analysis and the immediate API compute costs incurred, all sales are final. Refunds are granted solely at our discretion in cases of documented technical failure.

By uploading any document to the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

• Legal Authority: You have the legal right, power, and authority to upload and process such documents.
• NDA Compliance: Your use of the Platform does not violate any Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), confidentiality agreement, or duty you owe to any third party (e.g., Sellers, Brokers).
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DealLens from any claims arising from your breach of a third-party NDA.

"As-Is" Basis: AI models can produce errors, omissions, or "hallucinations." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy.

No Professional Advice: The Platform is a data analysis tool, not a professional advisor. The reports do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or investment advice. You must verify all outputs with your own qualified CPA or attorney.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
